As I mentioned in the good part, native screen resolution scaling is mostly good. But in some UI elements and on some websites the text is horribly rendered. Turns out selecting 150% scaling and selecing custom scaling set to the same 150% yield very different results. The latter fixes the majority of blurry fonts. Interestingly, if you choose custom scaling, the menu setting shows 350% regardless of your custom value. That is not true value, but some sort of buggy placeholder.
